I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas, ready to assist with your notarial needs. In Texas, notaries public can charge the following fees for certain services: 

 

  • First signature: $10

  • Each additional signature: $1

  • Administering an oath or affirmation: $10

  • Certificate under seal: $10

  • Protesting a bill or note: $4

  • Each notice of protest: $1

  • Copy of a record or paper: $1 per page

  • Taking the deposition of a witness: $1 for each 100 words

  • Swearing a witness to a deposition: $10

  • Notarial act not provided for: $10
